Important information
Do not use cialis if you are also using a nitrate medicine for chest pain or heart problems. Stop using tadalafil and call your doctor at once if you have any of these serious side effects:

- vision changes

- swelling in your feet, ankles or hands

- stuffy nose
- upset stomach
- warmth or redness in your neck, face, or chest
- headache
- back pain
Talk to your doc about any side effect that seems unusual or that is especially bothersome.

Before using cialis, tell your doctor if you are allergic to any medicaments, or if you have:
- kidney disease (or if you are on dialysis)
- high or low blood pressure
- if you have been told you should not have sexual intercourse for health reasons
- heart disease or heart rhythm problems
- angina (chest pain)
- a physical deformity of the penis (such as Peyronie's disease)
- liver disease
- a recent history a heart attack (within the past 90 days)
- a blood cell disorder such as sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, or leukemia
- retinitis pigmentosa (an inherited condition of the eye)
- a stomach ulcer
- a bleeding disorder such as hemophilia
- a recent history of stroke or congestive heart failure (within the past 6 months)
If you have any of these conditions, you may need a dose adjustment or special tests to safely take Cialis.
